TGIF Coffee House

On Friday Todd was invited to play at a Coffee House that is located in a local Church with his brother Darren and a friend Neil. It was a great night. A lot of people showed up to hear them play and show their support. Kaitlyn made it through the whole show even though it was over about 2 hours past her bedtime. She sure was tired by the end.

Before the show my friends and I let the kids play a little on the floor. There was room for this because there weren't too many people there yet.

Kaitlyn and Shaun Handspiker. He is 3 months older then Kaitlyn.

Kaitlyn with Shaun Handspiker and Isabel Moore. She is 9 days older then Kaitlyn. They were due on the same day.

They boys waiting to play while being introduced. They played all original songs written by Darren.
Kaitlyn listening to the music on Robyn's lap. She sure was having a lot of fun. She was dancing, waving and calling out to her dad. It made him smile.
Here is my wonderful husband Todd. He did great playing his Bass Guitar. This was his first performance with it since he got it last Christmas.

Here is my brother-in-law Darren playing his guitar. He wrote and sang all the songs they performed that night. He has a great voice.

Here is our friend Neil Roston playing his guitar. He is like part of our family. He grew up with Todd and Darren in Nova Scotia and is a great friend. He is a great guitar player.

Near the end of the night Kaitlyn didn't want to sit down anymore so we let her crawl around on the floor. Our friend Kelsey decided to get down and play with her. Kaitlyn just loves Kelsey.

These next 2 pictures are some of our friends that came to support the boys. They are really great people. We are lucky to have them in our lives.

Here is Kaitlyn with her daddy after the show. She was so proud of him.

The band. They really have a lot of fun playing together. This was there first official gig together and I'm sure there will be more.
